I have experience in helping my clients through the divorce process, whether through negotiation or litigation for the past 21 years. I have extensive experience with property division, including complex property issues, custody and visitation disputes, domestic violence, alimony, maintenance and other issues related to divorce, separation or paternity.

I believe in resolving disputes without litigation. However, if litigation becomes necessary, I am prepared to execute an effective and aggressive plan. I always actively pursue my client's interest. I pride myself on being attentive and responsive to my client and their needs throughout this process. It is my philosophy to ease the stress involved in a Divorce or Family Law matter. I strive for a fair result for all my clients. That means your assets are divided, support is set at the right amount based on all facts and the needs of the children and your relationship with your children is preserved.

These results can be negotiated, but if the other party is unreasonable or refuses to settle, I have the experience to be an aggressive advocate who can go the course to protect your interests. By its very nature, Family Law matters are often rapt with emotions and the client will have a wide range of feelings. I place a priority on being sensitive to my client's needs during this difficult time. Although my representation of my client's is thorough, detailed and aggressive when needed, I take a unique problem solving approach to each case in order to balance my clients legal and personal needs.
